Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets or nail prep kits.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly assist.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
